MFM HQ YOUTH CHURCH- Sunday Service Sermon 7/02/16- Pastor Moses Adebowale

The limitation of man is rooted in blindness of the mind.

Topic: Becoming What You See

Anchor Text: Jer 1:4-13

Preacher: Pastor Moses Adebowale

God is a God of time and seasons. You must know that your useful time is a season that won't last forever. God knew you before anyone else. Your destiny is established by God but not guaranteed until you begin to see some things. When God shows you the picture of your future, no one will beg you to pray or be serious with life. Don't wait and waste. This life isn't for experiments, it is to be lived. You can become only what you see. Until you see what God has ordained for you, you won't fufil destiny. The limitation of man is rooted in blindness of the mind.

There are 3 kinds of eyes
;
1.       The eyes of the Spirit
2.      The eyes of the Body
3.      The eyes of the mind.
God showed this picture to Jeremiah just to prepare him. Others maybe playing with their destiny, but you can't. Stop looking down on yourself. You're greater than you think.

What does the Society want you to believe?
1.       That you're not strong enough
2.      That the limitations in your family can hinder you.
3.      That your family poverty is something you can't be free from.

What must you see to fulfill Destiny?
1.       See your God ordained future
2.      See what God says about you.
3.      See that you're not a destitute.
4.      If you can't see anything, See Glory.

Tips for the Year
1.       Meditate, think and say only what you want to see in your life
2.      Always picture your expected end.
3.      Run away from negative people, wrong relationships.
4.      Learn to close some gates e.g eye, ear and mouth in order to help yourself.
5.      You must know that not everything you hear is suitable for your destiny.
6.      Know Divine plans. Don't just know; work towards achieving them.

7.      If you have a vision of where you're going, there must be daily revelation to guide you.
